Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our services and the time dedicated to each engagement, Ivory & Ode does not offer refunds once services have commenced.

All retainers and payments are non-refundable, as they secure your event date and the resources required to begin the planning and design process.

In the event of a cancellation, any work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.

Further details regarding cancellations, payments, and terms of engagement are outlined within the client agreement.
