Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our services and the time allocated to each engagement, The Fifth Muse does not offer refunds once services have commenced.

All retainers and payments made are non-refundable, as they secure your event date and the resources required to begin the planning and design process.

In the event of a cancellation, any outstanding work completed up to that point will be invoiced accordingly.
